Goji has been HARVESTED!! I kept the plant dehydrated for about 2 days with minimal water in the first two days and then no water at all until harvest. The leaves were drooping heavily. Reducing the plant's internal water content to the minimal offers a cleaner and faster drying time. The temps are too high though. Around 39°c at the time of harvest at 8:30pm. Humidity sits around 35% which is too low. Will try to i increase it using a bowl of water and the wet towel trick. Airflow is minimal. There's a weak circulation fan inside facing away from the buds and a tiny slit at the bottom for the air to pass through. Hopefully the plant dries slow and no mold grows.
