This Watermelon Zkittlez outdoor grow journey began with germination in March and progressed through seedling and vegetative stages. The plant experienced some early challenges with temperature fluctuations and pest issues, requiring treatment with repellent spray. After a period of less-than-ideal care, the plant recovered with proper feeding and entered its flowering stage in August. Despite some damage to lower branches and the unfortunate development of bud rot towards the end, the plant was harvested in early October and is now in the drying phase.

Saw Mel last Tuesday night. A few lower branches were broken and not in great shape but she’d grown quite a bit. Probably in week three of flowering. She needed a good trim so we did some defoliation to remove shade leaves etc. Looks much better. PD feeding her Bio Bloom and she looks a nice shade of green, happy n healthy.

Saw 🍉today and she looked great. The fish mix clearly helped ands got her deep green colour back. She’s also grown a bit and is looking very healthy. We trimmed her a bit and she’s growing natural with no topping or LST applied. Will take photo next time I visit.

Just visited Mel. She looked thirsty, malnourished and has hardly grown in two weeks 😕. I gave her stepdad some fish-mix and hope he will use it. Leaves looked almost flourishing green / yellow colour? Bizarre.

Re-potted the girls tonight in big 24cm pots. Put them in organic universal soil for fruits, veg, flowers mixed w peat soil. Fed the root systems with root juice and 500ml water mixed w 2ml 🐟🐠🐡 mix. Let’s see how they look in the morning.
