Note
pH under control and I have nutrients on 1300 at the moment. With changing water, I will increase a bit. Also temperature and humidity should be fine. I topped the plants and cut the lowest leafs from the plants

Two plants look good for me, leafs develop and get bigger. The small one seems to start growing?! The seed shows no difference.

Note
After pH minus
The small one is still not growing. The seed also doesn't show any changes. The other two plants are growing. I adjusted the light a bit.
I'm concerned about the EC measurement. On my calculator from canna it says ec+ 1.1 and EC total 1.2.
How can I reach this level? I think that's why some of the small leaf from the plants look a bit burned.

Note
Two are growing. I put sticks to support and to measure the height. The seed still not showing progress and the other plant doesn't get bigger.
pH was high. I reduced it with pH minus. Not sure about the EC if it's too high or not. According to my CANNA sheet with calculated nutrients it says EC total 1.2
I added some fresh water to lower the EC but almost no change.
