This thing has just been a fucking mess. I haven't ran into anything like this until I filled a pot with only ProMix. That shit needs something added for drainage and aeration.
With that being said, moved her into a 2.8L plastic pot after knocking off & shaking out most of the ProMix. Over half the pot is new soil that I know for sure has way better drainage. I made sure to try and keep any and all roots intact (I'm sure I lost some little ones here and there) but overall the root ball is in one piece.
I'm sure the roots will be a fucking mess when it's done, if it takes.
