Tras un a\u00f1o incre\u00edble de cultivo en com\u00fan, rendimos homenaje a los cultivadores que m\u00e1s nos han inspirado. Desde plantas excepcionales y experimentos atrevidos hasta ense\u00f1anzas reflexivas, magn\u00edficas fotograf\u00edas y una energ\u00eda comunitaria edificante, ha llegado el momento de destacar a las personas que contribuyen al florecimiento de este espacio.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a1Y t\u00fa eliges a los ganadores!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-growing-together-the-meaning-behind-the-awards\"><strong>Crecer juntos: el significado de los premios<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>La Comunidad GWJ se basa en una idea sencilla: cultivamos mejor cuando cultivamos juntos.<br\/><\/strong>Algunos cultivadores ense\u00f1an mediante notas claras y reflexiones sinceras. Otros innovan con sus setups o experimentos creativos. Algunos aportan humor, amabilidad y conexi\u00f3n, record\u00e1ndonos que no necesitas una \u00abconfiguraci\u00f3n perfecta\u00bb para cultivar; s\u00f3lo necesitas curiosidad, paciencia y ganas de compartir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hemos visto c\u00f3mo los cultivadores convert\u00edan temas sencillos en momentos de aprendizaje.<br\/>Hemos visto c\u00f3mo retos amistosos un\u00edan a la comunidad de Con montajes creativos, t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras y ajustes curiosos, su trabajo anim\u00f3 a otros a probar cosas nuevas y explorar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo habitual. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las mejores fotos:<\/strong> Para cultivadores que elevan sus growlogs mediante una fotograf\u00eda cuidada. Im\u00e1genes claras e intencionadas que muestren cada fase del cultivo y ayuden a los dem\u00e1s a apreciar el oficio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esp\u00edritu de Jane:<\/strong> Esta categor\u00eda honra el coraz\u00f3n de la comunidad: Cultivadores que dan la cara por los dem\u00e1s, comparten lo que saben, acogen a los reci\u00e9n llegados y nos recuerdan que crecemos mejor cuando aprendemos, nos adaptamos, experimentamos y celebramos juntos.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estos son los cultivadores que:<br\/>&#8211; animan a todos a utilizar lo que tienen y a cultivar en sus propias
