Power Flower is a feminized, Sativa-dominant strain (approximately 88% Sativa, 12% Indica) inspired by the legendary Power Plant from Amsterdam coffeeshops, originally bred from South African genetics collected by Dutch growers in the 1990s. This strain is designed to recreate the high-yielding, energizing characteristics of its predecessor while remaining suitable for modern cultivation. It grows tall and vigorous, reaching 1–1.5 m indoors and up to 2 m outdoors, thriving best in warm climates such as California, Italy, or southern France. With a fast flowering period of 8 weeks, Power Flower delivers generous yields, up to 650 g/m² indoors under a 600 W light and over 100 g per plant outdoors when given sufficient sun and nutrients. Its structure, with light, fluffy green buds filling the internode spaces, makes it well-suited for Sea of Green (SOG) setups, and its moderate cultivation difficulty allows both novice and experienced growers to succeed. The smoke offers a sweet and sour flavor reminiscent of lemon and lime, with a subtle pine undertone. The effect is smooth, energetic, and active, delivering a classic Sativa experience that is both uplifting and motivating. Combined with its pleasing aroma, easy cultivation, and abundant buds, Power Flower is a reliable choice for growers seeking high-quality, commercial-scale yields with a stimulating, enjoyable smoke.
