I removed trimmed the plant a little earlier than I probably should have. The moisture was probably 15-18% at the stem.
I should have let the main stem reach 12-15 moisture and cola stems 10-12% moisture.
I trimmed the buds and put them into a curing bag (58-62% humidity). I was worried that the bags would cause them to mold instead of cure (they did not mold) so I opened the bag a lot more than I should have. Ultimately they cured in 29 days beautifully. The flavor is okay but the high is strong.
DRYING/CURING RULE
Dry the plant whole (upside down) in a temperature controlled dark place of 65F-72F and humidity of 55-65% until the largest stem reaches 12-15% moisture, cola stems 10-12% moisture.
Once ready, trim the plant and place them into the cure bag, return them to the dry room and wait 15 day, then check the moisture content of the buds. If the buds are still too moist, wait 10 more days and check again. Once the buds reach 6-7% average the cure is stabilized and ready to move to permanent storage.
Moisture test on the cure is down to 6.5-7.0. Pulled a sample and the terps look great, the flavor is a little fruity, the high is euphoric and hits within minutes. Seems to last about 30 minutes. I moved the cure bag out of the cure room and moved it into my 50 degree refrigerator for permanent storage.
The buds are curing very nicely. They’re tightening up and the bud moisture range was 6.7-9%.
Going to check back in 8 days.
I returned them to the cure bag this morning.
Sampled a small piece. It took about 12 hours to dry completely and the smoke was amazingly strong.
I’m going to let this cure run for 30 days to see what the results are.
The bag needs to maintain 58-62%. And it’s little over 62.

2/21/2025 prediction. According to the ILGM feeding chart this is when this Blue Dream should be harvest (8th week)..
410g wet. Tricones are cloudy with a little brown on main colas. I am hanging the full plant to dry (new technic).

Using the Nite formula u used 2 liters of water with the Tiger and Big Blooms. Additionally, I misted the flowers as well to simulate a heavy morning dew.

Removed all leaves pointing in toward the center. I also removed some sucker buds growing on the lower stems. I removed a lot of the larger, older leaves that started getting purple. This will be the last time I defoliate. I’ll only remove leaves that are blocking light to the plant.
No nutes just chlorine free tap water.
Opened up the limbs some to get light to the soil.
She’s preparing for the Bloom stage in a few days. I watered her with 1.5 ml of water with nuts. I added a small dose of Tiger Bloom today as I hope to transition into the bloom stage on Saturday. Which I will give a full tiger bloom dose. I also added big bloom nutes to help her step into the Bloom stage (big bloom is slow release nutes).
Trimmed a few leaves that were turning into the center or was blocking light from the flower.
Opened the limbs up by lowering them slightly toward the ground. Getting more light onto the soil.

Flattened out all 4 branches in preparation for the first stage of flowering which will be in 10 days or so.
