After putting a leaf in for a couple hours then taking it out, Rh got up to like 60-62 and has stayed stable there overnight

Will write more later, but plant was too dry after only 3.5 days think too strong of fan, trimmed and jarred/grove it and it’s about 30 grams which is great but seems super freakin dry. Put a leaf in with the jars and grove and rh is going slightly up about 59 now and we’ll see in 12-24hrs

So weird PH situation. Tried to water w PH at like 6.9 to even off runoff from last measurement. Halfway through watering phd and it was like 6.3. Not sure why. I re did it at 6.9 again, watered w a decent amount of runoff (not sure if a flush or not?) and hopefully the runoff next time is better PH. Guess we’ll see

****** measured soil runoff. PH was 6.0-6.1 for both plants. Been watering at 6.5ish but def 6.4-6.6… going to water next at 7.0 just water and see what happens. Hopefully dry enough in 2 or so days to do that

Quickly watered today (leo sick!!!) with some big bloom and full dose of tiger bloom. I think both plants got to dry and potential phosphorus deficiency. Not sure. Buds still looking great. But leaves not so much. Watered about 3liters or so each just under a gallon or so.
Also VPD got way out of whack today was at about 2.0 for probably a few hours by time I got home from hospital w leo. Water in humidifier ran out.

Tonight going to water with same level veg nutes/Nitrogen, but slowly add a little bloom nutes too. Reading that I still want nitrogen to help her grow through the stretch but then should also be doing bloom because definitely in preflower if not officially flower rn. Wonder if I need to feed diff nutes to each plant … just want the double grape to get a bit taller here going to stop LST on that one too for now

Small watering phd water, mixed up top soil very lightly to get the diatomaceous earth a bit mixed in and then light watering. Topsoil wasn’t damp so small watering. Will check again tues/wed for watering

Did a good job w lst today I think. Got the metal stakes in and did first solid one, redid the ties I have. Not certain how to handle the leaves around it, plucked off literally 1-2 first leaves that were touching dirt and then tied all back/down and gonna leave as is for a day or two

Watered very lightly at 5pm and then another like 50ml per plant at about 330am. Lights off at 10:30. Trying to target the “top” roots with the light waterings. Probably going to leave her alone today, maybe a slight misting/light watering this evening and then prob full watering again tomorrow if needed (it’ll be 3 days not sure if need to go longer)

Gave my first heavy watering today with watering can instead of mister. Soil had been dry for over 48 hrs. 5pm watered outside of pots into middle with a bit of runoff. Will water the upper layer of roots in coming days and do this again roughly in a week or so

3:15pm. Watered plants with ph 6.5 and got water temp up to 67 cause it was kinda cold.
Watered a good deal on edges of pot with sprayer. Don’t know amount cause used sprayer but did a good soaking of all soil. Cup over plant itself to keep immediate root area dry. Ended up watering additional 10ml around plant base just cause but majority of watering on 2-“-outside of pot

Will take picture today at 330 when lights come back on. Just changed the schedule to do 19/5, with 10:30am-3:30pm being the dark time to try and regulate temps and humidity to not drop off overnight

Both plants look good, I misted this morning but think will wait to water again until the morning if needed then. Plants are looking good and energetic and soil is barely damp so don’t think anything is needed

Gave a very little bit of water spray (just around the huge water bottle cap covering plant) just now, just because I’m putting on humidity dome for the evening trying to keep close to the VPD chart.
Probably should go in environment log but humidity is like 40-50% in tent with temps from 72-82 through the day in tent. ChNging fan speed cools tent but reduces humidity. Humidity dome keeps seedling super high like 75%+
Set light cycle for 18-6 with the 6 off being like 2-8am for now. Going to track the temps overnight to see how that does. Have both the attic heat and the small heater set to kick in at 65-66 which gets tent up quickly if temps drop too low but we’ll see.

This applies to both plants - finally ph’d the water, it has been close to 8ph. Way too high. Going to try and get it to 6.5 going forward. Been watering about 2 times per day maybe like 20ml per time in circles around plants.
Hope the high PH didn’t screw anything up either initial waterings or the way too aggressive soil pre soak I did!

Seedling popped through this morning! Happened over night was not there at midnight. Quickly misted the area and put humidity dome back on top. Lights still on 24/0 for now going to change to 18/6 today probably

Transferred to damp paper towel and plastic baggie 10:30pm. Hung vertically in media cabinet w Xbox turned on for warmth.

About 4pm wet the paper towels again and moved to tent with light and fans off. Temp around 70-72 and humidity 65%+… may move overnight depending on how temps and humidity go
At 9pm checked on baggies, both seeds had just barely popped! Looked great for such short time. Dropped double grape on floor twice cause I’m a dumb shit. Paper towels were still wet so didn’t add any water, just left as is and will check again in morning

Both seeds have popped, double grape had a decent root coming out already, fog dog just a little white tail. Got both paper towels wet again, and this time wrapped up in a towel on top shelf of grow tent with lights and fans on… soil is too wet so wanted lights and fans going

Mixed it all up, filled pots, then in center of pot removed soil and replaced with just HF.
Soaked the soil through big time with shower, let it drain slightly then put it in the tent with lights on low overnight to warm up to room temp and begin to dry a bit
Left in tent with lights on for like 18ish hours and then turned off lights when seeds in same room in baggie

Soil is still soaked… bottom buckets were also still wet. Turned on fans in tent, turned on lights (no airflow had been happening before since yesterday at like 11AM, and then emptied the bottom pots and put them on risers so there was more airflow and drainage available.
