Someone on Reddit said the plants seemed hungry and I needed to start feeding them. I ordered a dry fertilizer they recommended that should be here later this week. In the meantime I went to the garden store and got worm castings and liquid bloom fertilizer. The redditor recommended 121 but I only found 131 so hopefully that's alright. The stuff I got also had calcium.
It's a bit early for a watering, the soil was still very moist, but I wanted to get that liquid fertilizer in there, so I top dressed with worm castings and gave them about half the usual amount of water with the liquid fertilizer. Hopefully in the next few days they regain their green color.
