Blue Dream is starting to fade but is definitely behind a few days.
2. My pH has been out of wack. 5.2-5.7 (too acidic). I dumped my reservoir, cleaned it and flushed the watering system.
I have fresh water and nutes with my pH at 6.2 in the res and an EC of 2.5. I will keep the EC between 2.0 and 2.5 for the remaining of flower.
Removed all leaves that were point back into the main stock. All large fan leaves that were covering bud sites.
Added a second SCROG net to support the additional growth.
Using automated drip water system that provides 1.2 liters per plant (2.4 liters daily).

I think that I’m convinced that doing the LST, Topping, defoliation does reduce the production volume of the auto plant. Because she is in a very tight window of phases and life cycles (85 Days on avg) she has difficulties to recover since there is just not enough time in veg.
I can see evidence of this by the amount of water they are taking in each day. Almost twice more than the photo plant (I have been topping, trimming, stressing it) and she’s not close to the same size and daily water consumption as the two autos.

Did my daily tucking of the leaves behind the bud site.
I am doing a lot of “tucking” by forcing the fan leaves behind the bud sites. Which I do daily.
Pinched off lower leaves that were touching the ground. I tucked fan leaves behind the bud sites to allow more light to reach them. I also rotated the pots 180 degrees.

Removed the large fan leaves touching the soil. I took two large leaves.
I pinned down the longer bud sites to let them stretch away from the center of the plant. The Blue Dream seems to a little slower with the stretch.

16 minutes will yield 500 ml of water per planter. 32 minutes produces 1 liter of water.
In seedling stage, I plan to water 125 ml (4 minutes) and will adjust the flow based on soil moisture.
In Veg stage I want to water twice per day. 500 ml (16 minutes) @ 0800 and 500 ml @ 1600
At bloom/flower stage setting 1-2 liters per day (or more based in soil moisture levels).
I will mix Fox Farm Nutrients in the watering system once she reaches veg stage.
I germinated the seed in a water cup. The tap root is 1mm outside of the seed shell. I have transplanted it into a biodegradable planter post. I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest potting soil.
