Going into day 5 of drying. Buds look like they are almost dry since they are small nugs . I will be triming and weighing in in the next day or so. Will also be getting ready to set up for a new clone to be planted in her place by end of thr week, keep the cycle going and expect another harvest in time for a christmas present!

Here are the untrimmed buds. Weight at about 51 grams. Will be trimming in the next few days and will get another weigh in. The grow tent is empty, cleaned, and reset, and ready for its new girl to be planted/ rooted.

Temperature inside the tent kept at about 75 -76 degrees overnight, with lights off till tomorrow when it's time to chop her down. Ordered new hygrometers/ thermometers since the one I have is dying.

Brought the grow tent inside since the temperatures are way over 90 degrees. Inside is about 75 degrees. Lights out for the next three days and then the big Chop on Friday. Prepping the dry box 📦 with drying racks.

Aster is almost at the finish line! Just about 10 days left or so. Some of the buds look nice and ready. Got about more than half of pistils are golden/ brown. Gave Aster her last batch of nutrients. Weather is super hot this week (mid- 90's) so it will be crucial to maintain temperatures.

Got a chance to look at trichomes yesterday and they look like they are still a little clear and maybe like 1% of them are starting to turn a little cloudly. Got about 16 days left or so! Gonna give her the last round two rounds of nutrients and them will start to wash out. Smells super fruity and citrus! Nice and sticky too. Weather has been great so lucky on timing before the scorching temperatures hit later this month.

Aster has been working on fattening buds the last two weeks, she seems steady now after being stunt for a bit. She has about 4 weeks left of flower. Will see, I think it may be a little later than that since she is a little behind schedule. Will tell by checking trichomes when we start getting close.

Buds are getting a little chunky finally and super, super sticky! Smelly extra fruity these days. Feeding coming up tomorrow. Continuing to trim burnt spots on old leafs but all new growth and pistills look great 👍🏼 she has just about 5 weeks or so left! Will see how see looks here in the next 3 weeks.

Warmer days but managing to keep grow box under 81 degrees during the day (lights are on overnight) can start to see some bud growth and new hairs again, she was stunt for at least a week or more. She has about 5 weeks left maybe. Still some light foliage at the bottom of the plant that I'm cutting off but maybe can even
re-veg her after harvest to get another round out of her. Did that with my last mama plant and the 2nd round of buds were really good as well.

Aster looking good this morning. No sings of bugs or pests inside the tents or outside of my patio. I'm glad I was able to control and eliminate those little pests, close call as it really took a hit on my plant, any more damage and I would have had to chop her down. Moving in 5 days, gonna clean up the bottom of the plant again and maybe a light trim over the weekend.

Saw 2 larva again. Treated her with some more pest solution. I've cleaned up and trying to keep gnats out of my patio. So far it's been only a day or two with no gnats outside. They ate attracted to the light, warmness inside the tent, and the fruity smell of the buds. I see some leaf damage and spots due to the pest treatment. Poor thing looks a little rough. She pulls through each time though. Tough little cookie!

No bug sightings today! There is some spots and slight discoloration on some of the leafs due to treatment and the bugs 🐛. Will continue to monitor daily and checking soil for pests too. The rest of the plant looks good. Starting to give a very fruity scent. No wonder these gnats can't resist staying away, regardless will have the make sure I implement a pest control in my patio to keep all bugs away.

I only saw about two little larva bugs this morning. I do see some leafs have slight dark spots or discoloration, not sure if it's from the bugs, the treatment solution, or both could be stressing the plant. Still continue to monitor daily.

Aster looking good this morning. Some sings of flowers forming! Adjusted lights down a bit again. About 950-1000 ppfd. Light trim yesterday and a good feeding, continuing to consume more water each time but watching soil moisture as well. It has been a lot warmer outside though so eventually I will need to set up a second set of fans to keep the tent cool during the day. I haven't decided if I will trim off the small nodes at the bottom of the plant or try and set up under canopy lights. I'll take her out this weekend and assess the situation. More to come.

Looking good this morning. Adjusted the lights down just a tad bit. Lots a big fan leaves. Trimmed off just a few to expose more light. Still seeing some stalled growth on really small nodes at the bottom of the plant. Either got to chop them or trim more on top to get more light to them. I do have some smaller split lights I can use for under the canopy. Maybe I'll try that and see how she responds before deciding to chop the little ones.

Aster looking good this morning. I did reduced the light intensity just a tad bit as she is growing taller and closer to the lights. There a small burt tips on some of the leaves, watching closely. She is filling space fast and may need second layer of netting soon. Also not too far from switching her to flower cycle. Maybe two more weeks. Will see.

I'm back at another attempt to grow some nice flower. We have gellato #33. This is a clone I picked up at my local dispensary. She is a beauty already. Named her Aster. Nice and tall already at about 9 inches tall. Will get her acclimated for at least a week and try doing LST.
