2 stage bud wash. Half a lemon + a teaspoon of baking soda in a 2 gallon bucket of water. Finish with a dunk in clean water. So many gnats washed out! Totally worth it.

Leaves were turning yellow and I realized the light was maybe too low and she was getting light burned. I defoliated the big fan leaves and raised the light. The top leaves almost immediately greened up a bit so I guess she’s happier. She’s beautiful but kind of a pain in the ass. Just like me. 😂

It's coooollllldddd in the basement-- even with the heat lamp and a blanket over the gap between the doors, I can't get it much above 60°. So I think about it a while. I'm watching my fave garden channel on YouTube where he speaks of using heat sinks to keep plants warm that need it.... and I realize that if I fill up a pitcher of hot water and leave it there with the plants, it will radiate heat and help warm up the space. So that's what I do and yay! We are 68-70° now. The basement itself has probably given up all its heat and could now be called a cold sink..? is there such a thing? Anyway, I'm glad to have this easy trick in my bag.
