Germination day 2 - moved beans to a paper towel between two plates and stored in a warm dark closet. (I can see very subtle signs of a few tiny tap roots)

Germination day 2 - all beans had tap roots showing so I planted them in solo cups with slits in the bottom. The cups have 60% ProMix Organic Potting Soil and 30% Organic Perlite with plastic water bottle domes for moisture control.
