After about 15hrs later from paper towel method seed has perfectly germinated and ready to plant in grow medium. I'm using a coco palette and sprinkled little bit of root hormone.

Make sure clean your hands, equipments and environment as much as possible trough this entire process.
Don't use clorine water and soak seed in dark.
Water ph level should be 4.5 - 6.5
