5 days after harvest, branch in drying box started to smell like hay. Unpleasant smell. Humidity got all the way down to 20%.

Second plant has hermaphrodited. Discovered 3 male sacs on lower part of the plant. Removed the sacs and keeping second plant isolated from the rest. Also took out the fertilizer balls in case the cause was nutrient toxicity.

Tiny root part sticking out from bottom of pellet with first seedling today. Transplanted into 3.5L pot. Used Billa ground with all the big chunks taken out, then mixed soil with akadama, lightly watered and mixed again, creating fluffy, airy and damp soil, only tapping it down very lightly before popping in the pellet. Watered tiny amount only near the sticking out root; pellet itself was still moist.
Second plant in cup has root running down side of cup. Used paper to cover sides of cup so to not expose the roots to light.

Added second seed to tray. Used transparent plastic cup with holes in bottom, filled with finely sieved Billa ground mixed with akadama. Moved tray with both seeds to dark room, kept humidity between 50 and 70%. Temp was around 24C.
